Dr David Hone enticed the budding palaeontologists with wonderful facts about adult and juvenile dinosaurs and showed them some fascinating fossils including a raptor skull. Deborah enthralled people with her stories of the very first dinosaur hunters and how it changed history and religion as we know it. Nigel Marven delighted kids with his exciting films, as he showed extracts from Prehistoric Park and allowed young fans to get hands on with a wonderful ball python.Hurraarrh for DinosaursPhotos by Siva Sivanesan

Anneka then finished up with a question and answer time where young fans asked the speakers a multitude of questions on dinosaurs and prehistory. A great deal was raised from ticket sales and merchandise which will go towards The Environment Trust and the incredible work it does.
